For an assessment in person, we agree the scope, time at your venue and reporting before the visit.

The Teams assessment starts at £500 for a one-hour call and a full written report within an agreed scope. We confirm the price, information required and report delivery date before you book. On-site work is quoted separately, with additional time, travel time and expenses itemised in advance. Implementation and ongoing consultancy are separate unless included in your proposal. Your written quote shows the total payable, including any applicable VAT.
Each proposal sets out what’s included, ongoing support and any third-party costs. Advertising spend and software subscriptions are separate unless agreed. Our technology work focuses on software, rather than hardware supply or installation.
