Website enquiries

We collect the name, business name, email address, service choice and message you submit, so we can respond and discuss your requirements. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact information to answer you. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

We rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and protecting the website from misuse. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we also use the information for those steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Hosting and email

Hostinger provides the website hosting and email services used to deliver enquiries. Your message is sent to our business mailbox; the website does not create a separate enquiry database. Hosting and email systems may retain technical logs and backups. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the service and respond to you.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, handle follow-up discussions and maintain relevant business records. When deciding what to retain, we consider whether the enquiry remains active, whether it led to a contract, and any legal obligations or disputes. You can contact us to request deletion of information we no longer need.

Cookies and technical information

The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie, cc_enquiry, to protect submissions. The server uses an IP-derived rate-limit bucket to limit repeated requests. Hosting systems may process IP addresses and request logs for security and operation. This website does not install advertising or analytics trackers. The example websites are demonstrations; their booking and ordering interactions do not place real orders.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, request erasure or restriction, and request portability where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances and the basis for processing.

This notice covers this website and its enquiries. Apps, client projects and the GP Guardian pilot may require additional information and terms, which will be explained before you take part. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
